Outputs: Increasing the awards received by University faculty. Request feedback from Faculty and Leadership on program and implement improvements.	Determine the most valuable association memberships with available professional development funds.	Keep memberships active annually for awarding organizations.ÌýÌý Mindfully becoming more active in those associations where appropriate and helpful for future goals.	Maintain membership requirements for award eligibility.ÌýÌý Establish a strong network of colleagues within the identified associations.
