We collaborate with project sponsors and content experts to design and administer institutional surveys that support operational and strategic planning at the University.

The Survey Governance Group (SGG) exists to ensure that university鈥憌ide surveys are strategic, coordinated, ethical, and effective. The SGG operationalizes the University Survey Policy by providing review, guidance, and calendar coordination for large鈥憇cale surveys, while supporting high-quality data collection and minimizing survey fatigue across campus populations.

To determine if your survey needs to go through the Survey Review Process, please review the guidelines in this . If you are unsure, reach out to the SGG via email at du.surveys@du.edu.听

If you have determined that your survey needs to go through the Survey Review Process, download a copy of the and email the completed template along with any other materials to du.surveys@du.edu, and 'cc Mike Furno (mike.furno@du.edu) and Katia Miller (katia.miller@du.edu) three (3) months ahead of your proposed survey launch date. Your survey will be reviewed against the criteria in this .听

Survey Overview

Fall 2025

  • One Question Check-in Survey. This survey is administered WK4 through WK6 to all UG and Law students. Please reach out to Kayleigh Roach for more information.
  • Sodexo Dining Survey. This survey is administered at the end of October to all students with meal plans. Please reach out to Tracy Williams for more information.听

Winter 2026

  • No surveys planned for Winter

Spring 2026

  • Student Experience and Satisfaction Survey. This survey is administered to all UG students in April. Please reach out to Melanie Kasparian for more information.听
  • Housing & Residential Life Survey. This survey is administered to all UG students living on-campus. Please reach out to Roo Hiremath for more information.听
  • Student Employee Survey. This survey is administered to all on campus student employees and their supervisors. Please reach out to Elise Goss-Alexander for more information.听
