By supporting faculty holistically, our work strengthens students’ academic, personal, and professional success. Our mission focuses on four core areas: building equitable systems that prevent harm and support transparent, inclusive shared governance; offering a relentless welcome that begins with onboarding and continues through retirement and beyond; creating opportunities for learning and growth across all career stages; and celebrating the contributions of all faculty across ranks and series.
